Overall Feedback:

If I could give zero stars I would. I called B&J Graphics to inquire about their web design service, the woman Joyce was extremely rude and short. She didn't answer the phone in any manner that suggested this was a professional company. I wanted to use a local designer because I love the idea of supporting local businesses but I will be going to a Professional that is "bothered" by prospective customers.
