Overall Feedback:
Arrogant or Incompetent - I can't figure out which these guys are.I have received unsolicited emails from Double Dome Marketing promoting their reputation management services. That seems very ironic in that sending emails to people who did not request to be on an email list is considered spam - not the sort of thing an experienced marketer does. As such, Double Dome is hurting their own reputation. I have asked to be removed from their email list as I never requested anything from their business, yet they insist on ignoring my request and continue to send me unwanted emails. I wouldn't trust the reputation of your business to a company who clearly isn't able to manage their own reputation.Update: They stated they found I had signed up for their newsletter in May 2010. Without seeing evidence, such as a screenshot of the registration, I find that difficult to believe as I wasn't engaged in any business that would have required their services. Furthermore, when people do sign up for a newsletter, it's good marketing practice to send them useful, informative content on a regular basis. To not send anything for almost ten years and then feel as though it's suddenly OK is poor marketing.Lastly, the emails I did receive recently from Double Dome did not include the required unsubscribe link, making it more apparent that marketing isn't their strong suit.
