Lousy performance from HashTag Technologies and hijacked our social pages

What was the best part of the experience?
The owners of this company are rude, arrogant, hijack / hack your Digital assets without giving your admin access back to their customers after delivering a lousy performance (Zero value)
What would you change about the experience?
The owners should stop calling their customers " Beggar " when a customer disputes about their lousy performance. This company should use trained professionals instead of clowns. The owners should learn a professional ethics and treat their customers with respect. They should not blackmail customers using customer's Admin Logon credentials which is unprofessional ethics /behavior,
Overall Feedback:
This company should be prosecuted / prohibited for harassment, verbal abusive , blackmail behavior etc towards their customers. They took control of our social pages and refusing to provide our admin acces back so we are just stranded without hiring another company to fix our social pages. We lost all of our digital values build past 7 years.
