I scheduled an appointment with American home design a month ago. They want to make sure you and your spouse are available for the in home estimate. My wife and I both work full time and scheduled the appointment on a day we would both be off from work.They called me no fewer than 5 times to make sure my wife and I would be at the appointment and verified the time and date. Today we were suppose to have in home estimate at 10 am. I waited over an hour with no call. So I called the company and the lady I spoke with told me there had been a scheduling conflict. I asked how that could be since we scheduled well in advance. she was very nice and apologetic. She wanted to reschedule but I declined. Some type of call would have been nice to inform me of any situation. If I never called, I'm sure I would still be waiting on someone to show up. I feel my time and business was not important to them.
