Overview
This hands-on course will help you get to grips with three of the leading social networks used in a business and corporate context - Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; as well as giving you an overview of the other forms of social networking that exist. The course will help you see through the hype and understand how to set-up and use each network and comprehend the best uses for each.
This is an introductory course that anybody can attend - there are no pre-requisites with regards to prior knowledge, job title or level of seniority. If you are looking to use social media in any professional capacity, then this course will ensure that you:
• Understand what social media is and how you can use it to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
• Get started immediately with quick wins
• Learn from examples of best practice and real world case studies of how organisations have successfully implemented social media into their fundamental business practices
Attendees are asked to bring a laptop with them for use during the course.
