I do not recommend using this company. They will not support anything they mess up or create for you. Staff is unprofessional. They try to blame you for any issue that is caused with the work they completed for you and once you ask them to fix it. they make up excuses. Use Fiverr if you want to find someone to help you build spreadsheets or any other technical work.

I work from home and use the techs at 20/20 to fix what I break and for phone helpdesk support. The are efficient at repairing what I break and they are great at walking me thru "how to" issues on the phone remotely. Love, Love, Love them and highly recommend.
