We moved our website to 20i after a disappointing trial with WP Engine and have to say, so far, so good and we're really impressed with the wordpress page speeds our website are achieving. Our clients are usually at need and in a rush so being able to get on our site, browse relevant info and submit a call back / enquiry quickly is really important.

I've been looking for a company like 20i for years. I have been in the I.T. Business for 16 years, and honestly i went to the trouble an expense of hosting everything myself as Hosting providers did not meet my high expectations.... until now. My IT company now hosts with 20i and I now host all my clients here too. Mary Poppins maybe practically perfect, but so far 20i is perfect! atlast a company (barr my own) that meets my high expectations <3

I'm a reseller with 20i. I can't fault them! slowly migrating all my sites to them. Lightning fast response times for technical support. Really most times under 10 minutes, which I think is pretty amazing. Not tight with resources either.

I had a technical issue this morning, the 20i support team - in particular James - seemingly devoted his entire morning just to solving my problem. I really didn't think the issue would be fixed but it was. My confidence in 20i is massively boosted.
