I would be remiss to not write a review for this firm; their competency and acknowledgement of what our business needs and goals are is evidentiary in the finished product we received. Our website has the feel, the look and the purpose it is intended for. John possesses great interpersonal skills which relates well to their customers. After dealing with numerous shysters, 24/7 web design has left an indelible impression on our confidence.

After calling many different web designer companies that either did not respond to our calls or responded to our call with an impersonable email made us concerned. Then when we finally did get in touch with these other companies and explained what we wanted they gave us a completion date of 6 months at the minimum with a price tag of $9,000-$15,000. Well, needless to say, we were discouraged. Then a week later we found 24/7 NY Web Design on the internet and called to see if they lived up to their name and that's when we met John. John has a passion for what he does and that passion shines through in his relentless work ethic and customer service. Our website vision came with challenges and John did not step down from any of them. He went above and beyond the terms of our agreement to ensure that every detail was attended to and that the look and feel of the website reflected our mission. He completed our website in an incredibly efficient manner while doing so for a fraction of the price of these other website designers. We highly recommend John at 24/7 NY Web Design to anyone seeking development of a professional, unique and visually appealing website. Starting a new business wasn't easy for me as i was trying to bring in more traffic and new customers . A lot of people recommended i build a website myself and slowly build my business online.
