I have a small business and rely heavily on my technology for communication with my clients, event announcements, scheduling, ordering supplies, website and more. I'm not a tech oriented person so I need reliable support when tech issues occur. 2JData has helped me time and time again, often via phone, to resolve the problem quickly. I also use their monthly support plan for virus protection and have not had a virus on my computer. Their service is excellent.
