If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers were goofing off like children when they were supposed to be helping us. Brought about 25 books to be bought back. Each when new were around $20-25 and in PERFECT condition they only gave us about ¢4 per book! A complete SCAM! You could easily just donate or sell your books on eBay. On top of that, their used & new books are overpriced. You could easily just order books off of amazon or go to another store. DO NOT go to this store! It is a scam.

Buyback ends at 8pm, but this is not advertised anywhere in-store, online, or elsewhere on record. Maybe someone else in the reviews mentions this. Anyways, I get why employees may not have time or want to do buybacks on top of other responsibilities, but a simple note, plaque, sign, or sentence online would have saved me some time and trouble.Staff member who informed me that I was not to be helped was curt and unapologetic.

Great selection of new and used items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My familly (including kiddos) always has a great time visiting this location. The store offers kid's events (like bingo) on the weekends and the atmosphere is always a great one.

This was a while back but went in to purchase some POPS they put them on Hold for me until the day they could be sold, however when I called the day before hand to check on things the Order was gone. Disappointed for sure, apparently one of the Staff members decided to go against policy and purchase them before the date they were legally allowed out on the street. Never shopping here again.

Shopped here for the very first time recently and my experience was amazing! The merchandise was a bit expensive but it’s very valuable for what it is. They had a large variety of movies, they also had many different console games and comic books to choose from. I’ll definitely be back!

Good place for an occasional splurge, as they have a large selection of novelty and everyday entertainment items. A little on the expensive side for a lot of said items, but if you're in a rush and don't have the time to wait for your item to be delivered via Ebay or Amazon, this store probably has the item in stock. However, the staff leaves much to be desired. They're not impolite, they're just not really easy to get ahold of when you need help.
