Feedback:

I phoned 311 today and had the pleasure of speaking with Monise. She entered my request about a stop light that changes even when there is no traffic in that direction. I found her to be witty, courteous and professional as she answered a variety of questions that I had about other county-related concerns. As usual, I am always provided with helpful and accurate information that is informative and allows me to better enjoy living, working and playing in Miami-Dade County. Go 311!!!!

Feedback:

Less than a lukewarm response from operator to a request for a forgotten trash pickup for the entire block. Unreal! Although truth be told, previous calls have been cheerier and effective. My score reflects both extremes.

I have called 3 times about garbage service. The garbage is thrown on the ground after dumping the garbage in the truck. That happens because the truck is moving before can hits the ground. They are too much in a hurry. Nobody cares. I have a bad wrist and can't lift the can. I am old and i cant do it. Of course, nothing has been done by calling 311. Most of the operators are rude and also in a hurry.

No matter how often you communicate with this ‘MiamiDade 311’ explaining the issues and also sending corresponding pics and videos nothing ever changes. Absolutely useless

I've called for a year about several county issues and only one has been resolved. Ive requested call back from Public Works, still waiting. This is a waste of our tax money.

Feedback:

Get rid of the old cars already stop making people sick with the mold. All the old cars have it. Instead of using your energy on waking people up who buy tickets and fall asleep on board use it to focus on real issues like this horrible toxic mold. If cars will be kept for service please clesn them up immediately of this. Keep peoples health in mind always.

I have repeatedly called to report a couple of stray dogs (poor neighborhoods seemed to be dumping grounds for such occurrences), and also to report on a severely mistreated/abuse dog with zero response. The crassness of the personnel I dealt with is astonishing.

A crosswalk on Brickell Bay Dr (across from AON building) has completely faded, and the crossing sign that was added at one point was too big for the street so kept on being hit by cars and falling down and eventually removed. I called to request repainting of the cross walk and the placing of a smaller sign in November, 2018. I was told someone else had also called for the same location and crosswalk in October, 2018. When I followed up in December to check on status, I was told I needed to have a request number in order to check on the order, so I made a new request. I was told the crosswalk would be repainted within 60 business days and a new sign placed. It is July of 2019 and the crosswalk is almost completely invisible at this point. I've called multiple times to check on the status, and the responses I have received are that there is no explanation as to why it's taking this long, the department is busy or they can't figure out what the status of the request is and why it hasn't been addressed. Needless to say, at this point I've lost all hope that the crosswalk will be repainted. I don't understand how a city cannot repaint a crosswalk for almost a full year after numerous requests from various citizens. At this point, cars are not stopping at all, pedestrians continue to cross there, and that location has become a hazard to pedestrians. Not to mention that the nearest other crossing walks on this street are a long distance away. Good luck to the pedestrians out there and be careful! We can't even be upset at the cars for not stopping any more...

They suck. I can find more info on the internet then they can provide. Their computer systems are always down. I have NEVER called and received any of the information I called to ask about.
