Called about a design idea I had relating to a death in the family, this guy delivered a better finished product than I could have ever imagined. He sent me several design concepts for my critique, double checked all the details with me before it went to print, was very polite and punctual, and gave me a killer deal. Then when he realized what this was he offered to hand deliver it to me personally and then wouldn’t accept money because he was sympathetic to the loss of a family member. Awesome experience, great company, highly recommend.
