You have to deal with a complete unhelpful, lazy entity that lacks basic education to understand a simple task. I can't even understand how this person (the night shift manager or whoever he is) still has a job at this place and why we pay for a service in order to deal with such disrespect.

Wilden was very friendly and helpful. I had to get my car at 2am, rang the buzzer and had prompt response. Will def use again. Good rate too. Shhh!

If I could give them zero stars, I would!I have been using this parking garage for a few months now, usually up to 3 days of the week. This morning I pulled in and waited for the attendant for about 5 minutes at which time a line of about 3 cars developed behind me. Upon realizing this, the attendant runs out of the office and tries to take my car. I repeatedly told the man that I will not release my car to him without a ticket proving that my car is at their facility at which point he told me to move my car myself. I realized that I had nowhere to go and that there were people all around watching this altercation. Instead of handing me my ticket, the man got into my car while yelling and repeatedly saying that I'm a f***ing this and that. I demanded that he get out of my car and does not drive it away without a ticket at which time he got out of my car and told me to "get the f**k out."I did not raise my voice, insult, or curse at this man once throughout the altercation. I was simply shocked at the treatment I was receiving and asked him if he was serious to which I received a response of "yes I'm f***ing serious" and proceeded to kick me out of the facility. I looked at the man and simply said "God sees everything" to which I heard "F**K YOU" yelled in my face in response. He stopped traffic on the street to make all his customers back out of the facility so that I could leave.Needless to say, I was humiliated. Later this morning when I got in my office and told my coworkers about the altercation, they told me about times when they used that garage and the charges were wrong. Instead of fixing the mistake and handing them the right change, the attendant threw their money at them and walked away from the window in the office. This place is TERRIBLE!STAY AWAY!
