If you are reading all these happy reviews, it makes me think they have employees rating their business. If you want a real glimpse at what service you will be getting please review the BBB ratings and reviews. If you can order elsewhere do. You have been warned

I paid over $400 for some promotional material, I received a sample in a couple of days, then another sample a couple of days later. They marked the items down as shipped and I still have not received my materials or a refund and it has been over a month. I have called them, emailed them and tried the chat feature on the website to no avail. There are a lots of choices to do promotional materials over the internet, buyer beware. At this point I am not sure if this company is a scam or not. Beware!!!

Amazing customer service and product! They were so helpful in designing my logo, and the customer service rep was very responsive and attentive. Received my product quickly, and am extremely satisfied. Will definitely be using them again!!

Frustrating to work with. The sample arrived quickly, which was great. But trying to get a quote on that same sample with different color specs was challenging. I sent an email to the "Sales" email address with precisely what I wanted (just a bag with 4 color print on two sides - nothing complex). Didn't hear anything back for a day, so I called. Talked with someone who confirmed she received my email and it was clear and she'd get me the quote that day. 4:30 p.m. and still no quote, so I send an email asking for an update. No response. The next day I try calling again and the line rings and rings - no voicemail. Then I do the Live Chat because that's my only last hope. FINALLY someone gets back to me and, get this, tells me to send an email to "Sales". I DID THAT ALREADY. Finally someone responds to me and asks what I need, so for the third time, I ask for a bag printed both sides with 4 color. Then they tell me to look at the first quote the sent me with the sample - that quote had no color information. I NEED 4 COLORS. Then they send me quotes... none of them have color information. My head might explode. Now I've said it 5 times. After 4 days of this, they finally tell me this bag can't be printed on both sides. Forget it. We've moved on.

I received the wrong bags and ZERO help from anyone at the company. I left several messages for "Kim" as well as emails and have heard nothing. I paid over $300 for nothing!

The only reason I give a star is because I can't give zero. The only good part of my experience with 4AllPromos was that they sent the sample very quickly.I placed an order. In the box for 'comments and questions' I asked a question and gave one simple request about my order. The quote that I got the next day did not include an answer to my question; neither did it address my request.I called and talked to Kim who addressed the two issues. I was concerned about the delivery date. She assured me that I would get the order on time. She said the delivery date was 'firm.' A couple days later, I got an email from her saying that they would not be able to complete the order by the promised date. By then, it was too late to order from any other company which put me in a difficult situation.I asked for a refund. Kim said it would be credited back to me. When I didn't see the refund in my account the next day, I called, Kim was not in. I finally talked to someone who confirmed that the refund had not been issued yet and that it could take up to five days.While I was on the phone, I heard these wonderful recordings of how wonderful 4AllPromos' customer service is. That was definitely NOT my experience.

I'm giving 2 stars because the bags look great, and the full color image looks perfect. The problem is, Shelby's lack of communication cost me $1k on overnight shipping. She emailed on 5/22 that we couldn't receive the packages in time for 6/12. I emailed to call my cell, and tried franticly calling them before close on Friday 5/24, but no one would answer. When I got in touch on Tue 5/28 after calling them multiple times to get through, we had to overnight. They were more interested in making Memorial Day plans than making sure their customers are taken care of. Kicker is, if it was processed on 5/22, without stating it wouldn't arrive in time, it still would have arrived 4 days before I needed it, since ground was 48hrs to ship. Their lack of response in 72hrs cost me a grand, so if you're ready to lose money because of their ineptitude, go ahead and use them. 4 requests for Shelby to call my cell and I never received a call from her. 20 years of Promotional experience, and I have never dealt with any organization this poor. Should rename to 4GetAllPromos...

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE! Terrible customer service. Would NOT respond after many attempts to contact about my order! I trusted this company to have my promo bags done, THEY HAD 3 WEEKS. False advertising that they get it done and sent out quickly. The person assigned to my account Kim, IGNORED me till she finally emailed me back SHE CANCELED MY ORDER! 17 days of frustration for nothing! I have never dealt with a worse company in my life.
