I highly recommend ABC Monograms. The monogram that was done on three jackets was absolutely beautiful. Kelley, the owner, personally took her time to help me design exactly what I was looking for. The turnaround time was appropriate for the work done. The pricing was reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with the work done as well as the customer service provided.

Kelley @ ABC Monograms has always been amazing! I have been using ABC Monograms since they first opened and every time I take something I have had a great experience. Kelley always takes time to help me pick font and colors that will look best with what I bring her. She had also helped me with my logo for my new business and she did amazing on it as well. I could not ask for better service!

I just recently had a 50 dollar blanket monogrammed for my newborn son. They messed up the embroidery by putting it upside down on the blanket. Charlie said the paper fell of the blanket so she didn't know it was suppose to be the other way but if that's true then how did she know what name and date to use? Sounds like a lie to me to try and cover for her. Also he did not refund my money (17 dollars) or seem to care that they ruined my expensive blanket. So now I have wasted 67 dollars on what was supposed to be a special keepsake for my baby.

Kelley at ABC was so very helpful while I was trying to make a couple of shirts as a surprise for a friend. It was going to be rather costly for only 2 shirts because of the great detail that I wanted. She helped figure out a way to get the cost down and still have a great design. I have Known Kelley for over 10 years. She has sewn for our company since we opened. There have been two instances when something wasn’t correct and one included a machine mishap. She correct both. She is the most kind and caring person I have met in the industry. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I am Appalled that anyone would attack her company or her personally. What type of person attacks someone’s age or weight. I know her well enough to know she will not post a public response or attack. This saddens me to know how such a post would make her feel. Kelley you are incredible. Keep up the hard work. Anyone that comes in contact with you is a Blessed person.
