Home in Charlotte, NC:Good luck utilizing their one-year warranty, through the builder. Their office person, Lanie Jones, will give you their warranty phone number which is a "Google voice" number that no one answers. No one else has access to those voicemails except her, so she ignores them. If you call the office they will tell you that you have the wrong number and to call the warranty number. I called the office once and they found her asleep on the floor under her desk. It's almost funny, if it weren't absolutely pathetic! They keep up this shtick until your one year is up and then send you a notice that your warranty expired.

Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a new house 6 months ago and I'm fuming mad. These houses are built cheaply and EVERYTHING goes wrong with the house when you move in. The warranty department does not stand by there work. Horrible management. They don't care about you once they sell the house. They rush you through the inspection and then your screwed with repairs after you buy the house.
