I first started working with AddWeb Solution back in 2016. They helped me to design my online language learning community called Lingora. Lingora is a community where language learners can chat to native speakers of the languages they learn, do lessons, post audios and texts where they can practice their speaking and writing skills. They subsequently receive detailed, valuable feedback from dedicated native speakers. AddWeb solution were extremely supportive and dedicated to making this complex project a success. Even when issues arose, they made sure they were sorted as quickly as possible. Would never hesitate to recommend them.

Poor management, They don't have any employee centric policy. Once you applied for the resignation they treat like you're unknown person. Whether you served for 5 years or Less. I did job there for 5 years and when I applied for the resignation they denied to provide me bonus announced by the CEO for the service I did there for 5 years.Also, They asked Axis bank to hold my last month salary from my salary account on official latter pad with the sign of CEO.

As a Qa trainee, should not continue with this company. No doubt there is a Good environment and supportive colleagues but QA TL is not good. Very rude with fresher's and not deserve their position as a TL.
