I worked at Altitude Marketing for twelve years. Quite a long time to be giving just two stars. If you are an ambitious senior looking to make promotion based on your accomplishments (5 first prize contest wins in 6 years) then you will not be happy there. Altitude Marketing only promotes young, pliable workers who only implement managements directives without wanting to hear or consider their input. That's the way they like it. The biggest thing you need to know is their revenue philosophy. There are two ways a company can generate revenue. The first is by thoughtful marketing (i.e. mailers and flyers) and the second is to make changes to bonus structures that takes away money from employees. They became very good at the latter.
