Poor customer service I was up there one of the manager her name is Michelle she was rude and not helpful

Waste of time. Drive 40 minutes to get to an Apple Store to buy a new phone, just to find out I must make an appointment and come back in 2 and half hours. Rep spends 15 minutes explaining why this is an efficient process. For who? Why can't apple just ring up a purchase like any other retailer, and why can't the purchase process take just as much time as making an appointment?

Obviously, Apple is the best in terms of customer support. But, the only thing that I wish - may be one more apple store because you cannot get appointments as and when you want it. There is a long wait time. As the demand increased over the last few years, I wish apple considers opening an additional store in Phx!

Went in to pick up my laptop after getting a repair (it was shutting off randomly) and when I got it back I asked them where the charger was because I had left it there when I had dropped it off, the employee did not give it back to me so I assumed they kept the laptop and charger together. Well when I went to pick it up today the guy helping me only came back with my laptop, I asked where the charger was and he gave me a confused look and came back a few minutes later with some old busted charger, mind you I’ve only had my laptop for a month and my charger was brand new, no signs of wear and tear and I had a black cable holder on it to keep the wire altogether. I asked where the black thing I had on it was and he was like we didn’t have it, I was like okay that’s fine I can buy another one so it wasn’t a big deal. But as I’m walking away I keep looking at the charger and that’s when I realized that it wasn’t mine, he had gave me one of the ones they use when people bring their stuff in. I went back and was told to speak to the manager John and as I was waiting another employee (only nice one there, wish I would have gotten his name) told me that I could speak to their other manager, I don’t know his name but Im glad I don’t cause I’d go off. Anyways I spoke to him he was already being rude from the start and I told him what happened and he said he’d check the back, when he came back he said they didn’t have it and I wasn’t about to take that old a** charger so I told him that isn’t my charger and I put it on the table he pretty much walked away mid sentence and took the charger and he came back with to boxes and tested them open angrily in front of me and proceeded to tell me in the rudest way possible “next time don’t bring your charger” I was going to be rude and tell him “next time don’t lose my sh*t” but I just said thank you and walked away. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and I wish they would keep this same energy when I’m buying all of Apple’s latest products AND insurance for each one. Next time, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We got great service, bought the new I-phone the waiter for an hour working with Verizon who I already have a 12 year old account. Apple was great

Zach at the store is amazing. I was hesitant to go into the store after the hours I spent on the phone with Apple support. But Zach and his team, in particular Eric restored my faith in Apple's ability to see my issues through until resolved. I will definitely go back again if needed. Appointment scheduled online was the best experience. I walked right in and less then 10 minutes later I was with Eric.
