A beautiful store but so popular it is too crowded. The valley needs another on. But Apple makes a great product and stands behind it with knowledgeable staff. However I’d like to suggest that should NOT put the delete button and on off switch beside each other. I own several Apple products.

I showed up with out an appointment, I waited three hours (which was no problem because I knew that they were booked) It was finally near closing when I was finally able to speak to someone. I brought in a very old computer and needed them to install new software. Originally the gentleman said I would have to come back the next day. I immediately got upset because that was the closest store to me (which was an hour away). The apple staff helped me even after hours! This was really nice they have customers that come in there and buy $1600.00 computers and they treated me no different. Apple is always hard to get an appointment but there service is what keeps me a loyal customer for many years to come.
