WORST experience ever with ANY apple store!!! Came in the morning during scheduled time to pick up my new iPhone. Put to wait for an hour because of some issues with the order processing for no explanation. I had to leave after that because I had a class. After I came back in the afternoon again, I was told to wait in the line again. After getting in, I figured out that they still have not have my issue fixed and was told that I will be contacted after they solve the problem and my phone will be held until the end of the day. So I left for home and waited again until 20 mins before the store closed in the night and NO ONE CALLED ME. So instead I called the store to ask what was going on and was held for 20 mins. No one picked up the phone eventually. So I went to the store again and was told by some ignorant and careless staff that they do not know what happened to my order and no one will talk to me because the store had closed (even though they are all standing inside!!!). Honestly, how would you talk to your customer with an attitude like that, especially after you made such stupid mistakes???????? If I can give a negative star I will. Poor service!

I am not an Apple fan but, I have an iPhone as a free second phone and had an issue. The guy who helped myself and others at the table was awesome!My experience was much better than two prior visits long ago. Ps the place is always crowded.GO ANDROID!!!!!!

Well staffed apple store in the heart of the Yale campus and not far from Southern Connecticut State University. Busy congested area but there is usually parking available in the lot just across the street in the paid lot in the traffic island.

They are very friendly and helpful. This was the 3rd time had to take my MacBook pro there for some type of service and they are always respectful of me and my equipment..
