I called Arronco to come fix a CO2 problem I was having. The tech told me that he couldn't do anything because the problem was with the water heater pipe and I would need to call a pumbler. Called plumber and he said that the Y piece from the furnace needed to be moved up in order for him to move up the water heater pipe. Called Arronco back and the lady on the phone told me I had to wait for 2 MONTHS for them to come over and fix the problem they should have fixed in the first place when the came 2 weeks ago. So I have to wait 2 months because they were unable to detect was the problem to start with! Very disappointed. Never requesting their services again.

Arronco installed our Geothermal system in 2015. The house was built new so the house has new windows, insulation and modern efficiencies. Unfortunately, the system is not efficient due to the electricity it consumes. I believe that is due to the heat pump. We have a ranch home, which makes the issue even more pronounced. We also receive a statement each month from Duke that shows how inefficient our house is for electric consumption in comparison to similar size homes. The margin is large. Arronco gave us an estimate of when we would recoup the difference on paying more for Geothermal over a traditional HVAC system, but I don't see that happening. On a positive note, the system is a champ at keeping the house cool when the temperature outside is hot.

Best service in the industry bar none. Punctual, thorough , conscientious , and dedicated. They installed our machine 9 years ago and have serviced it twice a year since the installation. Heats and Cools the same as the day it was installed. I do not hesitate to recommend Arronco Comfort Air to anyone in need of a new Air conditioner/Heater or service on an existing unit.

It's frustrating when they email within the window to say they are going to be 30 minutes late. That is not on time. Arronco did give me a discount when I called to complain, but I'd prefer they were on time. When he got here, the tech was courteous and informative, especially as he had to teach me how to change the filter since he didn't have one.
