Katie is the consummate professional! Her diligence and creativity has been an immense help during the entire process. Even more important to me, was to find someone who would coach me on everything that I didn't know about websites and SEO, which was basically all of the strange world of online presence. Katie was always full of ideas and follow-through. She never settled for just giving me the basics, she took a genuine interest in our business success and offered much more than what I've come to expect from my experiences with folks who talk over my head, or just delivery the minimum. I started working with Katie at Aspire Internet Design in early August on a website project that was already well underway. Katie was very helpful in conveying what needed to be done in order to get the new website up and running. This also included getting me set up with both Facebook and Twitter so that we could maximize our outreach. She has very good communication skills and always responds in a timely manner to phone calls and emails. Since the new website went live she has been very helpful on any minor issues that have come up. I would definitely recommend Aspire Internet Design.

The Arvada Visitors Center was a new venture for the City of Arvada – starting from ground zero. We wanted this site to be a resource for the locals and a sales tool for the tourist who might be visiting the area. Aspire helped us balance those two needs to create a fun and engaging site within our budget. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Katie….she was always thorough and responsive to our needs/questions and brought her own ideas and expertise to the table, too – helping us think of things to enhance the site that we might not have otherwise. She created a beautiful site for us. You can trust Katie to get the job done! Our website showcases the best ways to live, work and play in Arvada! We have an events calendar, shopping directory, dining directory and numerous ways to edit and promote the unique happenings in our community. Our website came out better than even I could hope and I had very high expectations. We have received numerous compliments from our clients and competitors alike. It is so easy to use and does a great job directing traffic to our key products. It has already attracted hundreds of new users in the first two weeks it went live. We have been able to replace our marketing material with the website. Our clients are using it daily and really are getting a good feel for our products. It has generated new work for us already. I really don't think we have ever worked with someone who understood what we needed or delivered exactly what they promised with efficiency and ease like Aspire. Her method of designing websites is so well thought out it makes the whole process very painless and actually quite fun. The project management program Katie uses makes it so easy to work together remotely. We are able to stay on task, in line with deadlines and review the work done with ease. She got the design right the first time. I was amazed. Anything we needed changed, she was right on it. She was in communication with us daily and responded to emails or calls very quickly. We had the website finished ahead of schedule. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful and we learned a lot from Katie. Once finished she gave us very clear directions on how to manage the website ourselves and we have not had any problem doing so.

Our old site was OK but hadn't been updated in quite awhile, and marketing via the web was over our heads. Aspire ID took our ideas about what we wanted the new site to look like and accomplish. Katie at Aspire was easy to work with and had some great suggestions on how to improve the site and increase traffic to it. We now have a much improved website and have developed a web marketing to drive new business to Indoor Air Quality.
