I want to thank Terry and his team at Assured Alarms on the excellent service we received. This was my first alarm system so I had a lot of questions and I'm a bit of a technology guy so I probably had more questions and in more detail than most. Terry answered all my questions, even helping me evaluate claims from other companies working to quote me on a system and service.Choosing Terry came down to value and trust. On value, I was able to buy and pay for the system I wanted, at a good price, without a term contract, and pay reasonable fees for ongoing monitoring. Everything was up front and above board. On trust, I had other individuals come to my house provide me a quote and then perform a hard credit check on me before I had even decided to go with them and after I had asked them explicitly whether they would be doing this or not. In a short time Terry gained my trust through being straightforward and helpful. When his team was scheduled out, they arrived promptly and got the work done quickly and with quality.In summary, I got just what I needed with a fair price and I am confident in the support I will get should I ever have an issue.
