In 2015 and 2016, Astir Agency helped my organization with the overhaul of our dated mid-2000's website. As a company with over 70 individual locations, they worked side by side our marketing team through the entire process of brand identity, vision, design, development and launch. Throughout the process (and post-launch), they provided amazing customer service, whether it be through email communication or weekly conference calls. It was a true pleasure to work with Elise, Erik and Tim, who all contributed to the future success of our business through our revamped web presence.

In September 2015, after considering various local and regional digital design companies, we selected Astir Agency of Bend to design our website. A few weeks later, after presenting us with a proposed schedule for completing the project, Astir’s team came to the Warm Springs Reservation, located 60 miles north of Bend, and expertly facilitated a process in which we had the opportunity to reflect on who we are, what we care about, and how we wanted to depict our organization and our community. In the ensuing weeks, Astir created three separate (and highly engaging) mockup designs, each of which utilized astonishing art and graphics, each of which exceeded our highest expectations for the site. Our team really appreciated the luxury of having three distinct designs to choose from, and are very proud of the one we selected. Then, over the next few months, we worked closely with Astir staff to ensure that the art, content, and photographs on the new site would effectively educate the world about our organization and highlight the strength, resilience, and humanity of our community. We are grateful to the Astir team for taking the time to get to know us and for having the creativity and patience to design such a beautiful product for us.
