We contacted Jon and his team to design a website for us as we needed a refresh and our old website (designed by another firm) wasn't bringing in any business. After discussing the options and Jon providing a clear direction, he and his team put together a great site for us and we have genuinely received a steady stream of business because of it. I own an IT managed services company. We've been in business for almost 20 years and our clients ask us all the time about who to use for web design. We refer all of our customers in the Bay Area over to Sleepless because I'm confident they will do a great job.

I have a small marketing agency based in Santa Cruz. We came to Sleepless Media when we were in need of a new logo design to complement the visual aspect of our overall branding. The designer that we worked with took us through a question and answer process that helped us to communicate exactly what we wanted our logo to convey. This process also included sample mock-ups and a revision process. We were thankful to have had full communication with our designer, and are very satisfied with our end result! We use the three variations of our new logo not only on our website and for social media, but also on business cards, letterhead and thank you notes. The unique logo-design process that they’ve figured out was exactly what we needed. We’re very happy with our results, and are so glad that we chose Sleepless!

Was very impressed with Jon and his amazing and talented staff at Sleepless Media. We met with a lot of other agencies and they were the first to immediately understand our needs and what we were setting out to achieve. We had some difficulties on our end, but they were extremely patient and understanding during the entire process. The thing I appreciated most about working with Sleepless Media has always been the honesty. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, they don't sweat the small stuff, and each time they told me I needed something, they were right. I've seen them send people to competition because it was the right thing to do. Why do I keep going back to Sleepless Media? Because I trust them to do the job right. I can't say that about everybody.
