Overall Feedback:

Used Carbonite, before switching to BackBlaze, this year. Compared to what Carbonite charges and offers to what I pay here. Did not want to change since I have around 580GB of data backed up. Gave the 14 day trial a go two days later I bought a subscription and let my Carbonite expire. Absolutely love that I can grab files I need when away in a zip file BackBlaze. Saved me with the 4TB hard drive deposit option when one of my 3 drives failed which was my primary storage drive for my machine. Oh yea and the quarterly release of hard drive stats is amazing never has a cloud storage company been as open like that. BackBlaze helped me find a good hard drive based on their stats to be my new storage drive.

Overall Feedback:

One word - Excellent!

Overall Feedback:

Get the best backup service in the business @ Backblaze!

Overall Feedback:

Had for a few months. Never worked as advertised. They kept deleting my backups. Reached out to customer service. They were never helpful and quite rude in my opinion. Go with another company and don't waste your time.

Big Shoutout to the team!

Overall Feedback:

Great company for this current market.

Overall Feedback:

I'm not a computer whiz, I need a functional and user friendly interface, back up system that works without giving me headaches and good customer service when i need it. I need a product that does not limit my file size to backup like others services, my Quicken file is over 1 gig in size. BackBlaze fits that bill and i have been customer for 3 years now and will continue to support them until proven otherwise. Great Job Guys!

Overall Feedback:

I purchased Backblaze knowing the backup occurred slowly to conserve computer use and bandwidth. That makes sense for keeping costs down. It was inexpensive and easy to use. I wish I had done more reading first, because I thought once I actually needed to restore, that I could get all my data and be back in business. It turns out the backup download occurs at the same pace as the backup itself. Also, Backblaze recommends downloads be done in manageable bites. Even these small bites are taking as much as 10 hours to complete. My not-very-big file set will likely take weeks to download. I actually had in mind that a backup would let me get back to work. In the future, I will either buy a two external drives and alternate them, or I will find another online backup system. If you absolutely feel you must try this, at least pay monthly. I paid in advance. That was money I could have used toward the new hard drive.

Overall Feedback:
