I'm not a computer whiz, I need a functional and user friendly interface, back up system that works without giving me headaches and good customer service when i need it. I need a product that does not limit my file size to backup like others services, my Quicken file is over 1 gig in size. BackBlaze fits that bill and i have been customer for 3 years now and will continue to support them until proven otherwise. Great Job Guys!
