So apparently these guys take appointments, but it says they are open until 11pm. I went at 8pm and no one was there but i called them and they sent somebody to replace my screen. They did a fantastic job replacing the screen and even gave me a new screen cover for having to wait. But then i pulled out my card to pay and they said their square account didn't work so i had to pay with cash. I didn't have enough so my friend helped me out. Turns out we paid him $82 instead of $80, but he promptly called us and told us to come back for the $2. Great customer service!!

Called near closing, arranged for a repair next day that matched my schedule. He was prompt and quick and my screen was replaced quickly and I was on my way.

Im calling for estimates and this guys does not present himself, he is the one requesting information and having someone call me back slowing down the time of an estime, tell him im not interested then he gets an attitude and hangs the phone all upset, really bad experience on this business, zero stars
