While the quality of the work is good the customer service and shipping could be better. Placed an order on March 14th and 30 days later I still don't have my order. I've called twice and without them even taking the time to look up my order I was told they had a printer down and was behind processing orders. This is NOT something anyone want to hear after playing well over 100.00 for photos. On my 3rd call Amanda actuall took the time to locate my order which they had the wrong mailing address on and assured me the order would get mailed out today. I'm hopping that happens. To say the least, I'm very disappointed with this company AND they will not receive any additional business from me.

Nothing can Top the Traditional Professional Portrait! The Quality and Details in the picture with the flag in the background, just made my heart melt when i opened it. My son became a Man. I also got the Airman Creed picture and love that one also, because it stands for All the Airman. My husband and I took many pictures that day with our GO- Pro and got great snap shots, however the sun was either in his face or they just were not what I wanted for the picture on my living room Wall. I was so impressed with these pictures, I ordered a Canvas picture and the videos at a later date. Thank you so much for the Great pictures, I'm so Proud of my Airman!
