Justin and Anthony recently live streamed a speaking and book signing event at the school I work at, they were easy to work with and very professional!I will definitely use them again next year for the same event.

Feedback:

I have called and left 6 messages and have not received a returned phone call. My agency used Anthony and Justin over the summer for a client's video project that suddenly was canceled halfway through. I found out from my client that they disclosed what they were being paid as a sub-contractor. I suspect that they went around my agency and contracted directly with my client. I cannot recommend for that reason. Hopefully, they will be professional and return my call.

Bonafide film house was a fantastic value, they came in much cheaper than everyone else who quoted us! Not only did Anthony show up early to my wedding. He was super on top of working with our photographer and officiant and helped everyone coordinate. during the reception, we barely knew he was there. To top it all off he was able to he even surprised with a live stream so my sick parents could watch from florida! I highly recommend Anthony and his team if you are looking for a fantastic and professional video of your wedding!

Bonafide Film House filmed my elopement earlier this year. I arranged everything with Anthony that previous winter and he actually created a elopement package for me, as they hadn't filmed one before. He was extremely accommodating and even went and scouted the venue for me!Him and his team showed up early afternoon, with a lady and his business partner Justin. They immediately started shooting and we had a blast! The day went so smooth and they were so professional and lovely to work with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a video of their special day at a great price.

I’m unfortunately still waiting on my wedding video, we got married June 1. When I emailed them at the end of July, they told me we are about a month out but that was almost 2 months ago and we haven’t gotten any updates. We had a great experience with them at the wedding and hope to be as impressed when we finally get the video.

I’m hopeful that our wedding video will be good but I still don’t have it. They’ve been saying it’s a month out since the beginning of June. I got married May 19. They have never offered information to me but just respond with saying it’s a month out when I ask about it. They were GREAT at the wedding but I’m disappointed with how long I’m waiting for the video and that they have never communicated with me first.

These guys did a wonderful job with my wedding videos! We flew into Bozeman a few days before and Anthony was eager to meet with us, so we could aquatinted before the wedding. We spent the entire wedding day with him and his assistant, we had so much fun! He knew the wedding photographer already, so the day went perfectly and his team worked flawlessly with the photographers!We received the wedding box containing our videos a few days ago and they're wonderful! They graciously added in extra discs so we could share them with our family this holiday! I could not have asked for more.Thanks Anthony!!!!!!!!

Bonafide Film House was such a perfect choice for my wedding! I was a bit worried about hiring a videographer since the man at my previous wedding was a real slug, but these guys were a breath of fresh air! Their wedding videos are beautiful! His team was so professional and we barely noticed them day of, they were very polite when it came time to putting my dress on and very politely stood outside until we called them in, knocking again to make sure I was decent, I'll never forget it! I'm so glad to have these wedding videos THANKS!!!!!

I would never recommend the wedding videography services provided by Bonafide film house. We paid for the premium package which was to include all day film coverage, the bridal and groom preparations and most importantly (and the major deciding factor in upgrading packages), the free standing video guest book for people to leave messages on. We were absolutely in love with the idea of getting to revisit heartfelt messages from all of the people who travelled near and far to the wedding. It was a huge hit and many people told us they couldn’t wait to us to hear the messages they left. They showed up over an hour late (and after I called to see where they were) and never went to film my husband getting ready, even after I asked. They also did not film things SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED in the pre-wedding questionnaire. Fast forward 4 months later (end of December) and I still had not heard from them. I reached out via phone call with voicemails and multiple emails. After the third or fourth attempt, I finally heard back. After we got the package, we realized there was no guest book video footage on the disc. I figured maybe because it was the holiday and times were busy, it simply got missed. I reached out MULTIPLE times again before hearing back and was told they would look into it. By the middle of February, I still had not heard back about the footage. I reached out, again, and finally got an answer. I was told that during the guest book filming, a guest at the wedding kicked over the camera not only corrupting the footage but breaking their camera as well. Not only did were they unapologetic, they were lying. Justin, one of the videographers, grabbed my husband and I towards the end of the video booth filming and told us to go leave a message that they would include at the end. After we were done filming, I watched them package up the camera. The camera was placed far enough away from the dance floor that there was no way it was ran into but also somewhere that would have been witnessed if an accident happened. Furthermore, had someone knocked it over and it was set back up, they would have refocused the camera and seen that the lens was broken at that point. Lastly, I highly doubt it would have taken SIX MONTHS for them to figure out that an expensive camera had broken. When addressed with my concerns, once again they were unapologetic and made me feel as if I was in the wrong for wanting some sort of compromise or reimbursement. Additionally, the film was missing a large part of what we had asked for so I asked them to make some changes. After yet another months, they sent a revised footage link to my email. How on earth am I supposed to watch that in 30 years? Recheck my email and hope the link works? Since all of the important and sentimental guest book footage was lost, I was looking for some sort of compromise and compensation. I asked for money back and all of my raw footage, as well as the new 15 minute video placed on a disc to keep. They were again slow to respond and hesitant to help at all. It eventually took my husband calling and being rather firm for any action to occur. My reimbursement (of a very minimal amount) also took about 3 emails and another month to receive.Overall, their customer service was TERRIBLE and they were unbelievably unprofessional. I am a very reasonable person and had my lost footage been addressed right away with a genuine apology and a desire to compromise, I likely wouldn’t be here writing this review. While the footage they did capture was good, the overall experience and money spent was not worth it. If I could go back, I would have never ever booked with them. After this happened, I learned that I am not the only person to have irreplaceable footage simply ‘lost’ by Anthony and Justin. Do yourself a favor and book with anyone else.

These guys are so awesome!! They were such a pleasure to have at my wedding, even though it was SOOOOOO stinking hot they kept working hard all day! Anthony was so wonderful and so comfortable to be around throughout the day!!!! I can't wait to get my videos I'm sure theyll be beautiful!
