I don't plan on ditching Boost Mobile but I'm never returning to the store again, and I don't recommend you do either. Two employees attempted to accuse me of trying to sell what they claimed was a lost/stolen/locked phone, and were very very very very very needlessly rude when I tried to explain that I was sure it wasn't, and they had made a mistake. I took the phone outside and I activated the phone for the buyer online in about 2 minutes.Do it yourself online instead. These guys obviously can't wait for you to leave and could care less about "customer service".
