They charge 14 percent service charge and took almost an hour to get our order. When I got our order it was wrong. Wanted to eat out food but couldn't because there was no silverware. Waited another 5 minutes for that. Unbelievable that I have to pay a tip when the service is horrible. I will not be back!

14% service charge on all orders and a tip jar at the counter. Counter staff ignored us until we stared at him long enough to take our order. Dirty tables. Order missing items and our son's burger was not done. We have loved Tilt in the past but will not be returning. Loud music playing so maybe that's why our order was messed up.

Staff at the cashier was not assertive. When I got there, there were no other customers in line at all but it took almost 10 mins for me trying to get the staff at the cashier attention, she was chatting casually with other staffs all those time. When my order came, it missed out 1 item that I ordered and when I asked for it, that same staff at the cashier who took my order did not care much about the mistake, no apology, nothing. she just said i guess you ordered it. The food is just average. I would not come back because of the poor service.

It's too bad this place has such good pie because it's atmosphere is terrible. The very loud club music is probably the very worst part. We went in one evening and the tables were all cluttered with food. They didn't even warm our pie up and we had to bus a filthy table to have a place to sit. The kicker is that this place has a automatic gratuity which is ironic because they offer zero customer service. The food is good though. Maybe just do take out?
