It took them no time to figure out what was wrong with my IPhone. I was in and out within 10 mins! The price for the repair was much less than sending it in to get a refurbish phone. I will be back here anytime I have a question, concern or problem with any of my devices.

Took my son's laptop in to have diagnosed on Good Friday. On Monday David called and said the hard drive went ca-put. He was very knowledgeable about what it needed and even gave me the best options of hard drives to choose from. By Wednesday, he had the new hard drive installed and Windows re-loaded. The cost was very reasonable for such quality work. I highly recommend this company.

We will definitely use Geek Genius again! I took our laptop in on a Wednesday evening and had it back on Friday afternoon. They scanned and removed the many viruses, malware, etc. and quickly had us back in business. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they did to fix our computer in terms I understood. I highly recommend Geek Genius!

Faster than a speeding bullet; more helpful than a personal flotation device! The Geniuses at Geek Genius have pulled me out of the computer dumpster fire more than once. Better yet, they've given me insights to avoid future problems of a similar nature and have done it at a very reasonable price - not nickel and diming their way into my wallet. Not being a techie myself, they've always spoken in layman's terms as to how best to keep my Mac afloat. As the pitchman for Dos Equis beer says (paraphrasing): "I don't always need computer help, but when I do, I always use Geek Genius!"

Went to have my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's screen repaired; they ruined some of the wiring by just removing the old screen and then because of their issues, such as having to replace the wires, had me wait several times what they had originally said. After that, they refused to give me the refund for the failed repairs, even after all of the problems that they added onto my phone. On top of everything, I've been having more and more problems with my charging input and the complete lower half of my screen, and the problems just continue to build up, months after I had my phone "repaired" by them. Based off of my experience, I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else to get your device repaired, even if it might cost more and be in a less convenient location.UPDATE: I contacted Geek Genius a couple of days ago and they were unavailable. I left a voice-mail, asking them to call back soon. I made sure to leave both my email and phone number so that they had multiple ways to contact me. I've yet to hear anything from them.P.S. I'm still having the exact same issues that I've been having.
