I had a very good experience there at Verizon very courteous very helpful now the one I went to to buy the phone in Pittsburgh the young lady manager very rude she was sleep when I got there to the store she had to unlock the door I'm not sure what street is on because I'm not really from out here I've only been out here two and a half years but I'm sure if you wanted to look it up you Verizon could find out what store I bought my Galaxy 7 at I would never go to that store again

I went to the story on May 10th 2018 to see what I can do to get my Google Pixel repaired. A worker Erick ended up getting us into two new Google Pixel 2's as a buy one get one free. Great guy.

Great store. Very courteous staffing. I dealt with the manager Erick he helped me set up my phone free of charge even though I didn't purchase anything from his store. Then after he gave me a tablet for free and I have internet on it everywhere I go for a cheap price on my monthly bill. This is a great place for the older crowd who aren't too good with the new technologies.

I have AT&T and even though this is a Verizon store they still fixed my phone and computer! I was having issues with my phone and 7 years ago this used to be an AT&T store and Erik helped me out when I asked for directions to where they moved to. I didn't even have to go to the AT&T store to get my phone fixed. Once I'm out of contract I will surely come here again.

I came to this store having many issues with my iPhone. Somehow there was a profile downloaded onto my phone. I'm currently a realtor, and everyone knows how important our phones are to us. Eric the manager looked at my phone and repaired it within minutes at a great deal! This is the only phone store I'd ever go to for repairs and Verizon!
