Young man was not technically aware. His position was in sales. He could sell me a new phone but not figure out what was wrong with mine.

Great people, and so helpful. This was refreshing and I am so happy to see Verizon have a very efficient and knowledgable store in our area. Hope to always do business with them. They could not have been more diverse, with people coming in with Flip phones, Apple and their Androids. They handle all, and seemed quite compassionate. My thanks, to Logan.
