I have to say how impressed I am with Mr. Donald brown and his supervisor Jackie . These two highly professional people aided me in the purchase of my new note 9. Donald took the time to explain all of the great features of this awesome device. Totally passionate and efficient in the quality of service I received from these two wonderful people. I remain humbled by this whole experience . Thank you Victra for the pleasureable shopping experience I had from Donald and Jackie. And miss Victoria, even though my time talking with you was short. The only authorized Apple products repair shop in town. Had to get my watch fixed and these guys took good care of me. Small place and no comfortable place to sit while you wait. Also there is Metal music usually playing so that is a plus compared to what you usually get subjected to in a retail establishment.

I wish I could say it gets better when it comes to service at this location, but it doesn’t. They started out strong, had a very friendly lady set me up with service. The second time left more to be desired. The gentleman wasn’t particularly friendly, nor was he rude. The third and probably the last time I came in was today. There were a lot of people in the store and everyone was busy, but I think receiving a, “Hi! Be with you in a moment.” Or some other simple acknowledgement isn’t asking for too much. I was in the store for 15, maybe 20 min without even a glance from the several gentlemen working at this location. Verizon in general has been a extremely poor experience and this was just further proof that Verizon sucks. Side note, I shouldn’t get a response saying, “you’re not in our database....” Once again, I signed up for service here! -Amy Gudino

Wow. Rudest store visited. Three people working they all looked miserable. Not one could look up and say anything. The store was dirty I would not recommend anyone go.

I was having problems with my phone. Chris was very helpful and patient. He solved the problem. I would highly recommend Chris and this retailer. When I buy a new phone it will be from Chris.
