I love calling Oxford Point my home. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and it’s in a great location. The office staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

Apartments are really nice. We love the pool and go there almost every day! Our first electric bill was almost $400, though! Is that normal??? When I called they said it is probably that the air unit is old and needs replacing. Our house bill was never anywhere near this amount and it WAS an old unit and house was much bigger! Would like to hear from other tenants. Should I fight the amount or is this normal? Does anyone know where the meters are so I can read my own each week and make sure I don't get stiffed again?

The office staff are always very nice. Heather and Danny are pleasant to deal with. The maintenance crew is prompt and helpful. The pool is beautiful and clean. The grounds are well-kept, but the gates need to be repaired.

Been in the apartments for a year now. Facility has all the amenities that you would like, but the high turnover in the leasing office and the unprofessional manner that they run the apartment is terrible. I even called the majority owner who had another leasing office (Plantation Apartments) contact me. I was amazed at the same lack of professionalism and lack of corporate knowledge from this individual as well. But, she said I had an attitude for expressing my complaints. Will be moving soon. Good luck prospective leasers.

I have lived in these apartment for 3 years paid my rent faithfully I have had the worse experience 6 months to repairs a tub that flooded my back room which was never repaired, never compensated for one thing! management is horrible lazy, not personable. I will make sure I let everyone know if you need an apartment for the price we pay this is not upscale living SMH. I wish I could have given a quarter of a start they are not deserving and yes I'm very upset on how I have been treated

Lived here for 3 years in a 1bed 1bath and really enjoyed it! All the amenities are great, the staff is very sweet and helpful, and the apartments are ENORMOUS!
