I go here regularly to see one of their business tenants. Though tucked away, once you locate it, it's a breeze to get to and has numerous restaurants and services in close proximity.There is ample parking, and a friendly receptionist to greet you inside.If you have to wait for someone, there's a lovely main waiting area with comfy armchairs, wifi, a bulletin board, large screen tv and pub tables/chairs, as well as free refreshments (lemon water, coffee, teas, treats). Not only that, but they have an art showcase (changes quarterly) on the walls around the entire 1st floor, and I've seen fliers for frequent (tenant) gatherings/ parties. Has a real 'community' vibe.As for their business services, I've not used any but have thought that if I lived nearby and had a small biz, I'd surely consider them.
