Feedback:

Typically unbelievably slow service... it seems that the one person on staff moves as slow as possible on purpose... it would be comical if it wasn't so unbelievably annoying..

They open late and take for ever to assist you. Dont answer the phone either. Paid the money for a New mailbox key and the key dont work.

A package was delivered on Sunday. Website for Amazon says it was put in my postal box. This is a lie. The package was left on my front door step. My Amazon account specifically says BACK STEP. The delivery person obviously cannot read and also lies.

Lost an international package in their own facility!!!! Tracking information shows it was delivered to Longmont Post office, It was scanned even and has been in their building for weeks LOST!!!! or Stolen. Who knows no one in the building seems to know. REALLY BAD SERVICE. How do you loose a package in the building!?

Our family of four went in on Saturday a little before noon to go renew the kids' passports. Although the post office closed at 1:00 p.m., the staff stayed late and handled everybody that was in line, staying well-past 1:00 p.m. We really appreciated the extra effort by the staff.

Updated..I gotta say after today's visit...it was great.They've redeemed themselves. Especially on Xmas eve hours..last minute package my wife asigns me.Aside the wait in line..just bust out that game on your phone and play a few minutes.Debby was nice and pleasant doing business with. Her courtesy went a long way..With all the bad reviews, you'd figure this place would get it together by now?Their 800 number is a joke, don't bother. It's a straight run around.

For one there seems to ever be one person working there, and it’s either a guy or a woman and they are extremely grumpy. Why is it the dmv, post office and any other place where you have to go people are very grumpy? Why don’t they teach employees how to be friendly and make people want to come back? Why can’t they make waiting in a long line more enjoyable by maybe installing music or a television? The line could seriously be very very long and you’re just saying there with either packages or maybe anxious about picking up a IRS certified letter, it’s be nice if there was friendly employees, and maybe more than one, who was nice enough to maybe make people laugh or something. But really, if they’d install some tv’s or a comedy radio station so people aren’t bored out of their minds, would be cool. Also, their hours are 9-5:30. I don’t know who decides the hours but come on! They need to open at 6am at least and be open til maybe 7. Come on. Some people need to get stuff done before they go to work and some people work 9-5.

Lost package a supervisor was suppose to call me regarding the matter. Did not receive a call at all. Poor customer service.
