Awful. Slow with poor customer service. "3-5 days" turned into 2 1/2 weeks. After sending my husband to check the status of my computer, it was found to be sitting on a shelf with the new part still in the package. Amazingly, it was fixed 45 minutes later. This is my second bad experience with them and WILL NOT give them my business again.

They are terrible, a monitor was dropped off on a Tuesday and was told it would be done either Thursday or Friday. It seemed pretty reasonable, but when going in Friday it was not even looked at by 4:00! It seemed as if they didn't care about their job!

The person working the day I was looking for various cables was very helpful. They looked at pictures and waiting for pics to be sent so I could be sure I had the right thing. Reasonable prices especially considering there is no wait time or shipping charges like when you order from online retailers.
