I would do a negative number if possible!!!!! My son's house should have been done LAST YEAR and it's September!!!!!!! Huge mistake going with this company, the contractor hasn't shown up this week AT ALL
Feedback:
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY RUN RUN RUN! Zero communication, won't meet any deadlines, you do all the work and the work they (their contactor Ron) do is poor at best. I would've done zero stars but you can't. It took more than a year to do the project sms we're still fixing mistakes.
Feedback:
I basically stopped into this place out of curiosity. There was a small mobile home that had a sign on it that said sale. I was curious as to what it was going to cost. I went inside to look at it and it's okay for one or two people, but it has a small kitchen. So I looked at some of the other mobile homes they had on the lot and then I went inside to talk to someone. The one with the sale sign was being sold as is off the lot. I have disabilities and my fiance has disabilities, so I started asking questions about when these mobile homes are being built can they make them handicapped accessible? And I gave her some ideas of what I meant like wider doorways, accessible low walled showers, raised toilets, grab bars, things like that. And she said they could do all of that. She was very friendly and helpful and I will keep them in mind for future housing if needed. The reason I'm writing this review is because if anybody has disabilities and was wondering about mobile homes being made handicapped-accessible, yes they can be. At least from this company. I can't speak for others at this point.

Not a huge fan. Not a lot of choices on the lot. What they do have, they never bothered to put the time into finishing. More or less come if you want to buy but not really look. Way too much traffic pulling out as well. We were heading to another home place and we’re driving by here so we figured we’d stop in. Probably spent 5 minutes and left. Not worth the trip!
Feedback:
I could not in good faith recommend a trailer here. They dress the homes up for show but when you finally get you’re the quality is sub par. My home came with so many problems. The manufacturer sent out someone toFix it who wasted hours of my day and didn’t fix anything because he didn’t bring the replacement items. The staff at concord homes personally never return calls and are very difficult to reach. Buying a mobile home was the worst decision of my life.
Feedback:
I had gone to Camelot Sales in Tilton and was treated with very little respect. Out of curiosity I took a ride to Epsom to Concord Home sales and to my surprise, even though they have a small inventory, my curiosity paid off. My sales lady, Karen, was so nice and took the time to show me trailers, even though it was closing time. I have since been in the process of getting my loan through 21st mortgage, great company to deal with, and Karen has been there every step of the way. Thank you Karen for being the sales person you are and answering each and every question I had, whether phone or text. Concord Home sales has been amazing and I would suggest anyone looking for a mobile home to visit this place.
