The only reason I would probably even give it 1 star is the location close to downtown. Otherwise, service is dismal, assume that they’ll keep your security deposit without an explanation and it takes weeks to get anyone from the leasing office to respond back. The apartments are pretty old. My husband lived here for a year. I would recommend living here for necessity but not by choice.

This is the worst worst experience I've ever had for renting apartment. The concierge staff are so rude and impolite. I moved in for two month in an one-bedroom apartment with a service dog. They saw my boyfriend walking the dog and they just disconnect our key fob and don't let him in for the building, just because they don't know him! Then I was very angry about this and argued with them, and they said I cannot let my boyfriend visit or live here because he is not on the lease! I don't agree with that then they disconnect my key fob and don't let me use it. The staff here are ridiculous, especially the one called Jane in the office. She has discrimination on Asian. DON'T RENT THE APARTMENT DON'T LIVE HERE.
