I tried using this shop awhile ago and they never completed my order after I sent a check of $400. I kept trying to get my order complete and there was always an excuse. I gave up after 3 months.

This is the place to go!!! Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a shirt for a special event however it wasn't going to arrive in time as guaranteed, which I didn't find out until the day of the event. I called around a few different places and nobody could help me out with getting a custom shirt the same day until I called Giovanni at CRE8! He went above and beyond to make sure my special event wasn't ruined! He was able to get the custom shirt I needed in the same day and it looked awesome! I am grateful for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend CRE8 and will be referring people to use his company. As a satisfied customer I will definitely use this company again!! Thank you Giovanni, you saved the day for me!!

The owner at cre8 & his staff are very professional, dedicated & have great attention to detail. I’ve been dealing with them the last 4 years and my experience has been nothing but awesome. From big orders to small ones they take the same approach, & that’s what I love about them. They’re honest, dedicated & always willing to improve.

Absolutely the worst business ever. Very unprofessional. The owner made a mistake in my order, we signed a contract to get it fixed and he went against the contract entirely. I still don't have my reorder and when I called The owner, Giovanni hung up in my face. Great products tho! Awful business and you'll have to make sure you follow up on everything because the owner has horrible communication skills. Could be racist. Not sure, but there was a lack of concern the entire time with me personally. Now I'm being threatened that the owner will take legal action for my above comment.."COULD BE racist, NOT SURE" ..... Lol instead of just conducting better business...I say Freedom of Speech so Let's get it then! I'll await your attorney.
