I've worked with the team at Creative Arc on multiple projects, and I'm always impressed with the quality of their work. There are many good web developers, but it takes a special talent to consistently perform with excellence on such a wide range of projects. I know that whatever I bring them will be done well, and that's why I keep coming back. This is the team you want on your side.

I have been working with Creative Arc for a few years now and they are wonderful. They have been professional and on time with my (many) requests and are always available to help determine the best the solution to a problem or feature request.

Poor experience. The UI designer - Megan - apparently moved from being an employee, then a contractor, and then became completely unresponsive. After being in development for eight months, Paul (the owner) admitted that they were not going to be able to finsh the site. He was honest about that and when he had gotten involved we saw some movement on the implementation. The problem was that his involvement was late in the process and limited in the amount of time he was able / willing to invest on our site.They are stretched too thin and if I hadn't had some experience with EE, our site would be barely functional and we'd be screwed.The initial designs started out great, then Megan bailed halfway through the design process and project management went to hell. Not my first experience with a web design firm so I can't chalk it up to that. Should have gone with one of the other firms we'd vetted.We are now in the process of having another EE firm look into the work that was done to see if structural fixes are required and to scope out what it will take to finish out the project.Really disappointed.

From the start, Creative Arc strived to gain an understanding of what we hoped to accomplish with our site, and over the years has consistently proven themselves to be both intuitive and responsive with any issues or new projects we have presented to them. A great team to work with, that can propose solutions both quickly and cost-effectively. I highly recommend CA to anyone needing expert assistance with their website/online needs. The name of my company is Wonderful Writer, LLC, and so I had to have a very wonderful website designed to deliver! Not only did Creative Arc provide an attention-grabbing design, it complemented my logo, which had been done years before. Whenever I have a concern, they are "Johnny-on-the-spot," going above and beyond to resolve any problem, or answer any question. I heartily recommend Creative Arc for their service, design, promptness, attention-to-detail, and professionalism. You can't do better!

I LOVE the new web site Creative Arc designed for me. Their team is professional, highly skilled, patient, kind and cutting edge. I am rather technologically challenged. Knowing that, Paul, Tim, Greg & Megan have bent over backwards to not only do the task at hand but to also provide me with clear, easy to understand explanations and directions. They have answered every question, addressed every concern and never made me feel like I asked a stupid question (although I've asked lots). I highly recommend Creative Arc for all your web site needs.

CreativeArc is by far one of the easiest companies I have ever worked with. They are extremely responsive to my requests for help and usually resolve my problems within an hour (even when I wonder why they are still working when it is late). If you are considering CreativeArc for your web design, stop considering and actually make it a reality. You will not be disappointed.
