Feedback:

Great company with a great sales and implementation staff. They really put alot of work in to their product and getting their customers everything they are looking for. I know from experience that they will go above and beyond so get that customers what they want, even to the extent of building special functionality with in their system. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to upgrade phone systems.

Feedback:

After months of aggravation with missed calls, calls that drop after 1 ring, calls that only ring 1 phone, intercom not functioning and more we are done! What is worse, they will not let us out of our contract. Extremely poor experience! I rely on incoming calls because we provide emergency services. Do not use this company!

Terrible company to do business with. You have to wait on hold with support for hours to get anything done and when you finally talk to someone, they usually don't know what they are talking about. All you get is excuses and time wasted. The call quality is very poor. Incoming calls do not always ring, and missed calls do not always show up. If you are looking at crexendo for your business, please look elsewhere. Ring central is better than these guys and xencall is good for a medium sized business. Do not sign any contracts with this company, there is a reason their contract length is so long, so you can't get out after they screw you over. Do yourself a favor and get ring central, cox or Xencall.

Find a company that doesn't trick you into a 5 YEAR CONTRACT! I can't believe that when I get done with this lame phone system, I will have paid almost $14,000! Also, you can never reduce the size of the contract, only grow it, and when you do grow it, they sign you up for another 5 years. I am sure they won't be around long. Thank you Google, Verizon, etc.

Poor quality, we have been complaining over and over with no resolution to the problems. On top of it all you are stuck with a $1000 invoice when canceling and their poor quality of service and equipment is to blame. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
