They provided me the best TV production in the region, it was incredibly priced, and they never missed a week for SEVEN YEARS STRAIGHT - along with producing our TV show, they also designed a website that was visited enough to pay for itself with the Adsense revenue. Lastly, they created merchandise, something we never had before, marketed the merchandise, and even created a e-commerce solution so that we could sell the merchandise worldwide.
