I have just completed a project with Cynexis Media and am in the beginning stages of launching my new website and mobile app Wear This One! I am not a tech person but Cynexis and my project manager Mike Turley made this experience seamless and simple for me. Mike Turley was instrumental in being the liaison between the developers and myself. Mike listened to every small detail I wanted and was extremely patient with all of my requests and challenges during the project. Mike was available at all times and would respond quickly and efficiently, patiently explaining even the simplest technical terms to me. He kept driving the project through to completion. Cynexis has been very knowledgeable in building my website, IOS and Android apps and Mike Turley has been a valuable and very effective Project Manager. I highly recommend this group for your projects.

Excellence in web design and SEO! We have been working with Cynexis for 2-1/2 years and they have always been great to work with from A-Z. They have a very talented team in everything from graphic & web design to SEO & content development to their very responsive and attentive customer service. Terrible. Stay away from this company. They don't deliver on time, and they will come up with a thousand excuses, and will ultimately blame it on you. They outsource all their work to India. They have been sued many times. You are way better off and safer if you hired a good and honest contractor from Upwork or similar sites.

Entered into a contract for them to build my company a web site in April of 2015. It contained a completion time of 16 weeks. Paid them $6,600 on April 1st 2015 and $6,600 in June 2015 for a total of $13,200. In March of 2016 I hired legal counsel and began to take legal action since we still had no results. Almost immediately after my attorney wrote them a letter for breach of contract we received several emails blaming our firm for all the delays. Finally the owner Jason Howard assured me that the site would and could be done in six weeks so on March 31st 2016 I entered into another agreement with them to complete my web site in six weeks on May 9th 2016. As of today June 8, 2016 we are still waiting on a finished product. *The parties have resolved their dispute and no one was held liable*

I owe much of the success of our new business, Lucidaré Studio, to Cynexis Media. If it wasn't for the dedication and knowledge of the Cynexis SEO Team our phone would not be ringing nearly as steadily. Within a few months our business' google ranking went from 10th place to 3rd and 4th in google keyword searches. Their web designers are very skillful and continuously educated on the latest requirements, techniques and on-trend designs, and knew exact how to execute our vision for our website. Cynexis' social media managers have eliminated the stress of daily postings to all of our social media accounts so that we can focus on delivering product to our clients and completing all other responsibilities as a small business owner.
