Dave is wonderful! We recently used Dave for the 2nd time. We bought our first home with him 4 years ago. We just sold that home and purchased a newer bigger home using Dave for both! He is very responsive to messages, and an absolute pleasure to work with all around. He was quick to list when we were ready, he made the house shine to its full potential in the photos. The ease of using technology for scheduling showings for our home was a big plus for us! We would without a doubt use Dave over and over for our housing needs and recommend him to anyone who is in the market for buying a first home and beyond! Thanks Dave!

Every real estate transaction is different and ours was no exception. We had a showing before the property was listed and an offer immediately after. The offer was over list which I attribute to the property and a little luck but from thereafter it was all David. We had multiple addendums and closing date changes coupled with inspection negotiations. David was on top of things all the way. He watched over the entire 2 month process and guided us through it. He was always available and when necessary was not afraid to speak candidly to keep us out of trouble. A lesser realtor would not have survived. Well done David.

My wife and I were new to the Southern New Hampshire area when we started looking for a home earlier this year. My employer transferred me from Texas, and outside of the people I worked with, we knew basically no one. Of course, in talking with co-workers and acquaintances, everybody either knows or is related to the best real estate agent ever. Right. Having just gone through a negative experience selling our home in Texas with an agent that was recommended to us, we decided to do our own research to find one. I came across Dave’s name while looking at online reviews, so I left a message for him describing our situation and what our plans were. Despite being on vacation with his family in Maine, he responded within an hour. We met with him a week later, and it was a done deal. Dave is very easy to talk with, and really listened to what we had to say. He knows this region like the back of his hand, which is valuable for commuting, schools, shopping, etc. He’s also very familiar with the various builders in this area, and steered us away from certain homes based on that. He also put us in touch with a mortgage broker who was terrific. This was our seventh time purchasing a home, across four different states, and we are very particular on what we like and don’t like. Dave appreciated that, and was patient the entire time. Once we got to the point of making an offer, it became clear that Dave is very interested in protecting his clients’ interests. He advocated for us, and offered very useful suggestions while we were in escrow. This was our 13th time using a real estate professional, and Dave is at the top of the list. We highly recommend him.

Dave Hall made me feel at ease the minute I met him and shook his hand. We are from Montana and my dad lived in Mont Vernon and we had to sell his house. Dave was always available for questions and we loved his sense of humor, which was great during a stressful time. Selling a house and losing your dad is stressful but Dave was not one of our stress points. Another issue is selling a house 2400 miles away. We recently purchased a home with the help of Dave Hall. His local knowledge, and experience was a game changer. He helped us find a home that met our needs, and he helped ensure the building was constructed with care and quality. Dave took the time to meet with us, drive throughout New Hampshire, just to ensure we were completely satisfied with the home we bought. We will never be able to thank him enough for his help and guidance throughout this experience. He has also remained in contact, and followed up to assist if and when we need it. My wife and I chose David Hall as our NH real estate agent based on a referral from my brother-in-law (David had helped him install some new windows). Since we lived in Utah, our opportunities to spend time in NH looking for a house were quite limited. During the two week-long trips to NH, David made himself available every single day we wanted to look at houses. He not only got us into houses we had found online, he had his own list based on our wish lists and arranged for us to see those as well. When we were back in Utah, David continued to do our legwork as he arranged and helped with inspections, negotiated with the seller agent, helped us find local lenders, fuel company, etc. We feel it would have been impossible to make the transition from Utah to NH in the smooth, timely manner we achieved without David Hall. To top it off, the day after we moved into our house in Amherst, it snowed in a BIG way (Jan. 2011). Guess who showed up with his plow truck to dig us out? David was so helpful and personable, we felt like we were working with a lifelong friend. We would highly recommend David Hall to anyone looking for a great agent!
