I can’t believe this place is still in business! Besides the very stringent business hours, they are also extremely picky about the type of work they will do! For example, I brought in a Minnesota Vikings jersey to have them updated with the new nameplate of the current player. She took one look at it and said, “What’s wrong with Brad Johnson? I like Brad Johnson. He was a great player! I will do no such thing by putting a new nameplate on his jersey! I will not desecrate this jersey!” Pissed off, I stormed out of there. I would think twice before I left this place do any type of work. They are going the same way as Kmart and Sears!

Friendly staff! Just dropped off 6 flasks to be engraved for wedding party gifts. I will update when I see the finished products.Update: They called my after a couple of days to tell me there was a problem with the way the engraving was going. So I rushed down in a panic. Turns out, when you laser engrave something with a curve to it, the color changes a bit. I did not have a problem with this. I thought it gave it a bit of a cool effect. He thanked me for not being a bridezilla. Then they called me to say that the flasks were done, but one had a problem. It had slipped in the machine. They said if I brought in another flask, they could redo it. I had ordered the flasks from Amazon, and time was running out. Again, I rushed down in a panic. Luckily, the one that was messed up was the one with my name on it. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. I had to remind them to take off the charge for the flask that did not get engraved. She charged my card and I left. Today, I got a call that she had not charged my card enough, and could I come back in with the rest of the payment. So now I have to make yet another trip there. All in all, I got most of what I wanted. But the hassles and the headaches, and the multiple calls and trips just makes it seem like a huge hassle. I will most likely not use them again.

Got a custom plaque done here. I ordered on Tuesday and it was done by Friday, just in time to be presented on Saturday. The staff were very helpful, and it came out great! I thought the price was very fair, too.
